Unless otherwise noted, items typically ship the following business day. Weekly New Releases are not on hand and are purchased by demand. They arrive at The Posh Pandas usually within a week of ordering and are immediately shipped out. For PREORDER items be sure to read the item’s description for estimated arrival date as those are Made To Order and are on average 8 to 9 weeks out.

Items are carefully examined before being shipped out. However, we are human and it is possible to miss a defect. Please inspect all items upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is a defect with your item. Prior to purchasing, please view the size charts or message us with sizing questions. Items that are the wrong size may be exchanged for in stock merchandise of equal value if item is returned within 7 days in unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact. Preorders are non refundable unless defective as those are typically holiday items and made to order. Sale/Clearance items are final sale.
